Tip of the Week #1
Athletes listen up.  Now that training season is in full swing, Nutrition is very important.  Hydration especially.  A good rule to follow is if workouts lasts more than 90 min's, electrolyte replacement as well as post workout meals should take priority for quick recovery.
Tip of the Week #2
Organize race gear.  Local Bike shops are going to get busy.  Don't wait till last minute to order your new bike, shoes or power meter.  Also get a tune up or overhaul for your bike and start the racing season in good form.
