3. Coaching can make adjustments to the training plan taking into account INJURY, FATIGUE and MENTAL FOCUS.

Is my Helmet correctly fitted? What size bike should I buy? How should I taper for my upcoming race? What type of nutritional practices should I include in my racing? The list is endless.
